Typless is an intelligent document processing solution offered as a SaaS.
It addresses the challenges of manually copying data by reducing processing time and the occurrence of errors during data transcription.
The usage of Typless is straightforward: users can upload documents in various formats such as PDF, JPEG, PNG, Gif, or TIFF.
Once uploaded, Typless will promptly recognize the data contained in the documents.
Users can then review and validate the extracted information. Upon validation, Typless exports the data in XML and JSON formats, which can be directly imported into users’ systems for further data processing.
The extracted information can be returned to business systems in two ways: one for human consumption, and the other for consumption by another system.
For consumption by other systems, an API is provided, allowing easy integration with technologies like ERP systems or RPA robots. When considering implementing an Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) system like Typless, it is crucial to determine who the ultimate consumer of the information will be. If it is a system or a bot, an API response is necessary.

INPUT DATA QUALITY AND LIMITATIONS
The recommended pixel density for scanned documents is 300 DPI. The maximum allowed pixel density per image processed by the Software is 600 DPI in A4 format, which means 4960×7016 pixels. The limit refers to the image of the scanned pages after they have been read from the PDF file, and in the case of bitmap formats to the image itself.
If the limit is exceeded, the file shall not be processed. The maximum file size is 30 MB. The document must be portrait oriented.
The quality of the output data is proportional to the quality of the input data. It depends on:
- rotation of the image,
- creasing of the scanned paper,
- overwriting the data with a pen, marker, etc.
Typless does not support handwritten invoices. Files that are locked or encrypted in any way, damaged or corrupted are not opened and therefore not recognised by the programme.

The speed at which Typless learns to recognize your data depends largely on the type of documents in question. Some documents can be effectively processed within one month of data input, while more complex documents may require up to three months of data for optimal learning.
At Typless, our approach prioritizes getting customers started with their existing data, emphasizing that the volume of documents is not the critical factor. The key lies in the steady progress of accuracy metrics, which should improve with each day or week of document processing.
You can even begin with zero documents on your first day, though this means starting with lower accuracy rate. This approach can be beneficial for customers who currently process all their data manually. Over time, however, you will notice a reduction in manual effort and a corresponding increase in accuracy.
